Since 2021, Barcelona Children's Hospital Sant Joan de Déu has been using CloudCare to transform how they deliver paediatric diabetes care — shifting from scheduled visits to proactive, data-driven monitoring for over 690 patients at the largest paediatric diabetes centre in Spain.
