At ATTD2024, we will present an interim analysis of a clinical evaluation of CloudCare, our digital population management solution for diabetes clinics. You are invited to join one of our sessions where we will share the results of the study (in adults) in a very interactive setting. You will also hear inspiring stories from some of CloudCare’s first users. They will share why their clinic wanted to transform care, and how they incorporated CloudCare in their daily practice, the impact it has had on their staff and work processes and how they managed this change.
